As 2009 spirals toward its inevitable end, we've already looked back on all the changes we've made this year at Docucopies. We are proud to be the best place on the Web for getting low-cost color copies and printing at the best possible prices. But that's not enough. We want to stay the best (and hopefully put some distance between us and the nearest runner-up) by asking our loyal customers one simple question...
What would you like us to do?
What products or services would you like us to offer that aren't currently available? What can we do to improve the functionality of our website? What absolutely drives you nuts about working with us? (Hopefully nothing! But if there is something negative you have to say, we definitely want to know.)
In short, we want to be in-tune with our customers' needs and desires. We may answer to the boss, but we work for you. Providing great service to our customers, along with the best prices on the Web, is what has catapulted our company to the top of our industry. But we know staying at the top takes maintenance!
