How many times have you heard someone say that? If you work for an e-commerce business, or any business with a strong web presence, you've probably heard it more than you would like to.
Other variations include, "Bear with me here, I'm not too computer savvy," and, "I'd rather just take care of it over the phone so I know what I'm doing."
And that's ok. We understand not every customer has the same set of technical skills and knowledge we often take for granted as an online business, which is why we have very personable and patient customer service reps ready to take calls and help people when they get hung up at any place in the ordering process.
But we also strive to make our website as simple as possible so anyone, even someone who has never used the Internet before, can hopefully order our products online. We're constantly updating our features to try to make it as clear as possible exactly what the customer needs to do, and in what order, to get their job quote and place an order. Automating the process in this way allows us to focus on production as much as possible, which keeps our costs low and keeps our customers happy.
If you notice anything on our site that is unclear or confusing, please let us know! It's the only way we're going to find out and the only way we'll know to smooth out the process so other customers don't have the same problem.
