Summertime at Docucopies

Howdy there, loyal Docucopies Blog readers!

Roe Pressley here, your favorite Public Relations guy in the biz. Just wanted to update y'all about some of the goings-on here at Docucopies.

We've settled into our new location pretty comfortably. The new layout of the offices is just spectacular. It allows us to communicate and work more closely, has big windows to let in lots of natural light, has much better "feng shui," and I think the new spot increased the overall morale of our team members substantially.

Our yard has lots of lush green grass and dandelions (personally, I love the dandelions, but the managers want to mow them down!). And we recently got a picnic table, too! Haven't really used it yet... but I imagine as the weather gets nicer and nicer, we'll start finding reasons. Lunch picnics, brainstorming sessions, the ol' Friday after-work beer... plenty of excuses to sit outside in the sun! (God knows we Midwesterners don't like to take nice weather for granted)

We've also added some new team members. Let's all give a warm welcome to our newest member in the production team, Jim!

We've also welcomed back our helpful customer service expert, Genese, who just had a baby! Congratulations!

There's something about summer. Maybe it's the increased hours of sunlight, maybe it's the weather, maybe it's that smell in the air. Whatever it is, it brings us closer together as individuals in a company, thereby strengthening the glue that holds the company together. When the employees are happy and morale is high, you can expect nothing less than triple-A, top-quality service from your pals here at Docucopies.
